Returns:
You may request a return within 14 days after receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, clean, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, used pillows cannot be returned unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items:
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the product and packaging.

Refunds:
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you if the refund is approved.

If approved, the refund will be sent to your original payment method.

Return shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Non-returnable items:
Used pillows, items without original packaging, and items damaged by the customer cannot be returned.
