Products:
We do our best to display product photos, descriptions, prices, and availability as accurately as possible. However, slight differences in color, size, or appearance may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or product updates.
Orders:
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if there is an issue with payment, stock, shipping information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Prices:
All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been placed.
Shipping:
We offer free shipping to Poland and selected European countries. Estimated delivery time is 10–20 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier, customs, or external delays.
Returns:
Returns are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy. For hygiene reasons, used pillows cannot be returned unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Customer information:
Customers must provide accurate contact and shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
Limitation of liability:
Qinzzi Comfort is not responsible for indirect losses, delays caused by third parties, or issues outside our control.
